Overview
At AdHere, I managed paid and organic social across multiple accounts, creating ads and content built to stop the scroll and drive action. Working closely with the Creative Director, I helped take campaigns from first concept to final launch: designing the visuals, writing the copy, and building the organized workspaces that kept everything moving.
Paid Targeting Ads
My approach was to treat every piece of creative as a test. I experimented with hooks, formats, and messaging, then used performance data like CTR, CVR, CPA, and CPL to decide what to keep, what to change, and what to try next. I also used AI tools to speed up production, which let me deliver more creative variations without cutting corners on quality.
Organic Post
On the organic side, I managed eight social media accounts, including AdHere's own, with a workflow built for consistency at scale. Each month, I planned content calendars for every account, then batch-created posts so the work stayed organized and ahead of schedule. Using Agorapulse, I scheduled and published primarily static posts on Facebook and on AdHere's LinkedIn, tailoring each account's content to its own brand voice and audience. Managing this many accounts at once meant balancing deadlines and staying detail-oriented, so every brand's presence stayed active and on-message.
My Design Intern Era
Before I was managing paid and organic social, I started at AdHere as a Design Intern. When this trend was going around, I couldn't resist joining in, so I made this video to show what an intern day looked like for me: working from home (with my cat, Mochi, supervising), starting the morning with the all-hands meeting, sitting in on ad creative reviews, and taking notes so I could keep up. It also shows me leaning into AI tools, earning the title of "AI Queen," and stepping out of my comfort zone by speaking up when I was nervous. It's a fun snapshot of where my time at AdHere began
